As you know Bloodwind is fundamentally a Guild split between the PvP and the PvE scenes.
However the Standard rules apply to either if you want to apply to the guild if you either want to join the Rbg Teams or the Raiding teams.
<Before you apply to join the guild you should look through these basic requirements and make sure they apply to YOU.>
* You know your class more than well: There shouldn't be any surprise on how to master your rotation in raid scenarios, or on how to effectively reach decent arena/rbg ratings regardless of the season you are playing.
* You're always online on time: (Unless you have stated otherwise in advance due to major issue), when a raid or Rbg starts. You join the events because you think it's actually fun to play and progress in the company of your fellow guild members.
* You have the right attitude: You're a great teamplayer; playing in a manner that is always in the best interest of the guild. You are actively engaged in the best ways you/your class can help the guild progress encounters as fast as possible.
* You know the English language well enough to communicate with your fellow guild members, and you can proficiently speak without much struggle.
* You understand that you have a spot to fill when it comes to raids or rated battlegrounds: You respect the guilds raid schedule, and the people who stick with it, by attending the raids or rbgs you sign up for. Sometimes its not possible though, due to RL and other issues, but should that happen you always let the others know in advance so that they can make adjustments to the situation.
If you pass all the criteria above without any hesitation, you're good to go for the application.
Remember that a well written application always stands out from the poorly written ones, your application is the important first impression the guild gets from you, so take your time and put a little effort into it.
We don't provide a template for the application, it's up to you to determine what is important to include so as to make an impact.
